Our shipments are made via Purolator or Canada Post. Delays may occur beyond our control.
Orders are shipped from our workshop in Shawinigan the next business day or within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Yes, we’re fast!
You will receive an order confirmation by email along with a tracking link as soon as your package is ready to ship. If an item happens to be unavailable, we will contact you promptly to offer possible replacement or refund options.

✉️ Updates on shipping fees.

We now offer the option to ship certain items in an envelope for $5 + tax (within Canada).
Eligible items:

Weighing less than 280 g
And able to fit into an envelope

📦 Examples: one pair of leggings, two pairs of boxers, or most of our short-sleeve t-shirts (when ordered alone).
⚠️ Excluded: items that are too bulky, such as soaps or socks.
💡 Please note:
Envelope shipping does not include a tracking number, but based on our experience, the risk of loss or delay is no higher than with regular parcels.
🕓 Estimated delivery times:

Quebec: 2 to 5 days
Rest of Canada: 2 to 10 days

Why this option? To save money for both you and us. The actual shipping costs often run 20 to 50% higher than what we charge you. The surge in online orders drives us to offer this alternative whenever applicable.
